We are living in a fast moving digital world where everyone has imprisoned themselves in the digital gadgets.
We are about 8 billion in numbers. But only a few people are living their life better and happier. Global ratio of happy people is 64% in which
- 14% are very happy
- 50% are rather happy
- 30% are not very happy
- 6% not happy at all.
But the basic truth is these are just numbers. You know that!
The numbers given might be in reversed order.
It could be possible because we see around many people who are suffering from depression, they want something more they may deserve but they don’t work hard for that, that’s why they suffered from depression.
The main reason for depression is – TO MUCH EXPECTATIONS FROM LIFE!
We know everybody is going through this phase of life but still there are some things that will keep you happy in your life. These things will try to make you happier, else it all depends on you.
So let’s see them one by one.
1. Keep Learning
“Those who keep learning, will keep rising in life.”

Life teaches us lifelong, then why do we stop learning? Here learning means not going to school or college. There we learn basic skills but life teaches us the most important life skills that everybody has to pass through.
Learning always keeps you top of the order. You can read lots of books, you can take motivation from other people’s life experiences.
Learning by doing and then applying to them in your life will dramatically increase your life skills and work productivity.
2. Get Out of Comfort Zone
“You never change your life until you step out of your comfort zone; change begins at the end of your comfort zone.”

A person who knows that, he has many things to do daily that will change his life’s perspective and future. But he stayed away from all good things because their mind doesn’t motivate them to do those things. And this is the so-called Comfort Zone.
Comfort zone kills good habits and positive thinking. It seems cool and no tension zone at all but it stops your progress and life goals.
3. Positive Thinking
“Positive thinking helps you stand back up again when you are knocked down by bad luck or negativity.”

Positive thinking alone can beat the lack of motivation and laziness, but you have to work with that. It is not enough to think positively all day. Get motivation from it and start working. You prepare yourself to get work done faster in a way that you will achieve your desired goal as soon as possible.
If you can think positive then you can do work positively too. Think of it.!
4. Good Health

Being a stressed, bored, depressed, lazy, anxious person is all directly proportional to bad health actually.
If you are suffering from these then your brain will not work properly in a positive way. It will put you down more and more.
To accelerate your brain it needs good health at all. Good health flows pure oxygen to the brain and whole body and it makes the whole body healthy.
If you consume more junk food then stop eating that and add healthy food in your diet. Apart from healthy food, exercise regularly. A 15 min exercise can make your brain fresh and work fast in a positive way.
5. Good Relationship
“A good relationship gives you the strength to stand tall and strong.”
Maintaining good relations is better and a happy life itself. A good relationship with your family, friends and colleagues will always be with you when you suffer from something. They will boost your energy, they will pull you up when you get stuck.
Your relationship will always motivate you to achieve your goals. What is right and what is not you can discuss with your family and friends. You can help others when you are in good relation with them.
6. Talk To Yourself

You are the most important person to you itself. No one can know ourselves better than us. When you think, actually you are listening to your brain but when you talk to yourself then you are communicating with your brain and you give commands to it.
When you talk to yourself you teach your brain what to do today and in future. You will become a mentor of your brain and it will work based on your command. And this will help you to grow your productivity by doing work and achieving goals.
7. Be A Good Listener
“When you talk, you are only repeating what you know; But when you listen, you may learn something new.”

A good listener always wants to know something new that will add in his knowledge. But only few can listen to others, everyone wants to talk first and it won’t add value in your life but pull you down in front of another person.
Being a listener does not mean to underestimate yourself, but to take yourself to the top. When you listen to others then they will explain best of their experience and knowledge.
8. Be Grateful

Sometimes we just have to stop and really appreciate all good things in life. Because no matter how tough your past was, what you have and why you have all those things today all matter.
Always grateful for your life, your family, friends and every little thing that you have. Because gratefulness gives you a vision to see good things everywhere that will encourage you to keep moving forward in your journey.
9. Be Consistent in Everything

Being consistent in your life and career will shape your future betterment. If you live in an area of life where you feel bored and stressed then you can’t deserve a better life.
Tell me one thing, why do humans feel bored if there are plenty of things to do?
The matter is we see a big mountain to climb to get things done. Actually we are living in a fast moving world and we think that things should be done overnight, but this is a long term process. We are humans, not machines to work fast. Only consistency can make it happen. Go slowly and steadily. Keep working.
10. Enjoy The Process
“When you enjoy the process your goals become a milestone not a finish line.”
Your life is a precious gift to you given by the god. In this life you have many things to do, to achieve, to face but somewhere in today’s fast moving world we lost ourselves somewhere and we never tried to get out of that. Now it is time to get out of it and enjoy life on your own.
To enjoy the process you have to follow these simple things that are given above and you can add some other things too, but if you could follow these 10 things from today to get a better and happy life then these things will never put you down further.
